  • Day 3:
    • Language: Listening skills (class); visit to a dairy with a presentation on cheese production and then tasting;
    • Cooking Lesson: “Maltagliati”, pasta with chickpeas and porcini mushrooms or beans and tomato sauce.
  • Day 4:
    • Language: Speaking skills (Cassino); visit to Montecassino: archaeological and historical heritage and WWII battlefields;
    • Cooking Lesson: Risotto with courgette flowers or radicchio or saffron.
  • Day 5:
    • Language: Reading skills (class); visit to the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise and scenic stroll;
    • Cooking Lesson: Pizza and toppings.
  • Day 6:
    • Language: Speaking skills (Sora); visit to a winery and its vineyards with tasting;
    • Cooking Lesson: Polenta with different sauces and beans, cereal and vegetables soups.
  • Day 7: Departure.
